TERMS: All Online Orders are to be paid in advance. Purchase Orders require approval by Chemco Management.
CREDIT: Carte blanche to municipalities, schools, institutions, and other non-tax paying agencies. Two references and bank information are required on all new commercial and industrial accounts unless listed and rated in "B" and "D" categories.
F.O.B: All orders shipped cheapest mode of transportation unless otherwise specified on the sales order. Freight is prepaid by Chemco Industries and added to the customer's invoice. All good F.O.B. from our nearest plant.
DELIVERY: Allow 5-7 business days from the time the order is received by the Chemco Industries, Inc. Orders may be rushed (MIN. 2 days) when approved by the customer. Orders may be delayed for first time commercial and industrial customers due to credit check unless listed and rated in "B" and "D" categories.
RETURNED/REFUSED SHIPMENTS: A 20% restocking charge will be levied on all returned/refused orders after shipment is made. Shipping charges (both ways) will be collected on all returned/refused shipments. All sales outside the United States are final.
SPECIAL PACKAGING:
20 or 15 Gallon container add $1.00 to 55 Gallon cost.
12 or 10 Gallon container add $1.50 to 55 Gallon cost.
6 or 5 Gallon container add $2.00 to 55 Gallon cost.
DISCOUNTS: All discounts are negotiated with the Salesman or the Chemco Sales Office.
INTERNATIONAL SALES: ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The moment the products are picked up by a trucking company and/or the customer from our dock, the products' safety, delivery & insurance for damages are the sole responsibility of the trucking company and/or customer.
